Wash in a gentle washing machine cycle or by hand with soap for delicate garments, iron at low temperature, preferably inside out.

Please send an email to barthesa.eu@gmail.com attaching photos of the product and detailing the issue. Once the exchange is accepted, we will arrange for the return of the item. Upon receipt, we will send you the product you wish to exchange it for. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of exchanging a defective item, in which case the exchange will be free of charge. The possibility of exchanging for the same item is subject to availability in stock.

We do not offer cash refunds as we commit to delivering the product as shown in our online store.
